December 18, 2017
To our Valued Customer:
It is my pleasure to announce that effective Monday December 18, 2017, PCE Pacific, Inc. has purchased the Pentair Service facilities in Everett, Washington and Anchorage, Alaska. These shops have established an outstanding reputation for high quality service and repair, and exceptional responsiveness for Isolation and ASME safety relief valves. The Everett shop is also a certified assembler for Anderson Greenwood, Crosby and Kunkle safety relief valves, and will retain a comprehensive local inventory for all of these products to ensure excellent responsiveness for short lead time requirements.
As was previously announced, PCE now represents the products acquired by Emerson from Pentair Valves and Controls, such as Anderson Greenwood, Crosby, Vanessa, Keystone, and Clarkson, in addition to Fisher Control Valves and Regulators and the balance of the Emerson portfolio. We believe that the acquisition of these extremely well-respected shops will allow us to provide comprehensive local service for the entire breadth of our product line to our customers in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.
The new entity will conduct business as PCE Pacific, Inc., and while we will retain same locations at 830 80th St SW, Everett, WA, and 7650 King St, Anchorage, AK, we will change the “remit to” address to:
PCE Pacific, Inc.
22011 26th Ave SE
Bothell, WA 98021
This is an extremely exciting time for PCE and Emerson and we look forward to extending the same level of service, responsiveness and product expertise that you have come to expect from all our products to the total lifecycle of the Emerson Portfolio. We look forward to working with each of you to continue to earn your trust in this critical segment, and help improve your overall plant operations and maintenance. Please feel free to contact Walter Viereck at (425) 487-9600, or me if you have any questions or would like to discuss this acquisition in more detail.
